This shipping policy outlines important information regarding the shipment and delivery of your ammunition orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Shipping Restrictions:

1.1. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to purchase and possess ammunition in your jurisdiction.

1.2. We do not ship ammunition to addresses outside of the United States or to any location where prohibited by law. Please check your local laws and regulations before placing an order.

1.3. In accordance with Federal law, we must ship to a physical address and no PO Box can be used for delivery.

1.4. No ammunition sales to the following states and US Territories:

Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.

1.5.  Prior to making any ammunition purchase, the following states should check their local ammunition laws as additional verification and limitations may apply at the time of purchase:  

New York, New Jersey, Illinois and Connecticut.

Please remember that this is not an exhaustive list, and other states may have their own regulations regarding ammunition sales. It is essential to research and understand the specific regulations in your state or the state where you intend to purchase ammunition. Always consult official sources or legal professionals for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Order Processing Time:

2.1. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.2. Please note that the availability of ammunition may vary, and occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays or issues with your order.

2.3. We utilize UPS Domestic Ground to ensure safe and secure delivery of your ammunition orders. 

2.4. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.  If the cancellation is requested prior to shipping, a refund may be given but will be subject to a 6% fee.

3. Shipping Costs:

3.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, destination, and shipping method chosen for your order.

3.2. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

4. Delivery Time:

4.1. The estimated delivery time for your ammunition order will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.

4.2. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.

5. Signature Requirement:

5.1. Due to the nature of ammunition sales, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order. This is to ensure that the ammunition is received by the intended recipient and to comply with legal requirements.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

6.1. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your ammunition orders. However, in the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

6.2. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  However, we will work with UPS to investigate and resolve any issues related to lost or damaged shipments through filing a claim with UPS. Please provide us with any necessary documentation or evidence to support your claim.

6.3. We are not responsible if your order is Returned to Sender, for an incorrect address, refused package, or is deemed undeliverable. You will be responsible for your current shipping charges.

7. Change of Shipping Address:

7.1. If you need to change the shipping address for your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the address change can be made.

8. Compliance with Laws:

8.1. By placing an order for ammunition, you confirm that you are of legal age and eligible to purchase and possess ammunition in your jurisdiction.

8.2. It is your responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition.

8.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe that it violates any applicable laws or regulations.
